IRIS can be deployed in an on-premise server in the customer facilities, a bunch of them or in the cloud using Azure services. The last one has been the chosen scenario for Grupo Cuerva

What does the client obtain with the IRIS 0.7 deployment?

Currently, IRIS 0.7 provides to Grupo Cuerva the daily and monthly billings with a special format. They use the billing software of CIDE (called PIC) and IRIS can generate files with the expected format. Each morning the customer can download an updated file with the latest billing values obtained by the platform.

With IRIS Platform is so easy troubleshoot problems in PLC network. This feature allows to create optimized meter reading routes in a simple way. IRIS can show in a few clicks those meters without billings since the last specified days.

IRIS Platform guarantees the reading of a meter if it is available in the PLC network. Its ratio of reading success is higher than the provided by the data concentrator.

Using IRIS the user manage all the meters and gateways avoiding to deal with gateway’s web interfaces.

Daily routines like power changes, connections, disconnections, retrieve historical daily and monthly values, searching for devices by client policy or any other identifier, etc. can be performed with an extremely simple and intuitive user interface.
