The Cuerva Group is a company in Granada that brings together two electric distributors. They have hired Iris v0.6 as a remote management system in its pay per use mode. In this way, Iris is consolidated in the sector as STG PRIME device.

Telecontrol STM offers Iris as a service, without incurring the costs of the software and hardware, so the customer pays the use of Iris monthly, which guarantees a smooth functioning system, updates, instant support, technical assistance in PRIME management devices and Iris Integrations with special features of the company (Policy on devices, location…).Thus, dramatically reducing costs of ownership (software, hardware and licenses) and you get the service of a software platform under an SLA contract.

Cuerva has Gateways from different providers, which are managed transparently by Iris. The company has a total of 15000 meters.

In the installation, it has been integrated the capacity to generate the necessary billing files for the secondary Gateway (implemented by CIDE through PIC).

With Iris, Cuerva Group can monitor the PLC status of the devices, power switch, execute orders connections and re-connections, request reports coupling, detect the PLC performance of the Gateways, firmware changes and many other things that will allow them to amortize the investment in PRIME infrastructure.
